Each September, the Philadelphia Fringe takes over with a festival of new art. Since beginning in 1997, the Fringe has tripled in size and seen tremendous attention, support and community involvement. In 2002, the sixteen-day Festival drew over 42,000 people, with over 1300 artists and company members performing for more than 700 performances.
SideShow Bennie has been honored to perform at this nationally known arts festival annually since 1998
